Douglas's work today

After that dramatic introduction to the world of Spirit, Douglas began the long process of study and learning which not only taught him about the history and practise of natural healing but also just how special and powerful his gift was. As his healing grew stronger and more directed, so too did his power as a medium, and over the past few years this has really come to the forefront.

As well as the practical aspects of his work, Douglas has been very involved with the implementation of new British Government guidelines controlling all complementary therapies.

This has involved formulating training programmes, establishing standards and ongoing development programmes for natural healers, which are now followed not only in Britain but in various European countries.

OFFICIAL CREDENTIALS:

KIHA - Kent International Healing Association Executive Member and Training Co-ordinator

BMSI - Body – Mind – Spirit International External CPD Facilitator for Healing Training

C.H.O. - Confederation of Healing Organisations Independent Trustee

U.S. - United Spiritualists Healer / Counsellor

ISM - Institute of Spiritualist Mediums (membership strictly by invitation only)

W.F.H. - World Federation Of Healing Member

He travels extensively throughout Europe, including Austria, the Algarve and Gibraltar for workshops, training groups, public demonstrations and private sessions. New venues are being added each year. He also goes to America but, as he says, “never often enough!”

Both with his healing and readings, Douglas is not one to stand on ceremony or to have elaborate rituals. He has been known to give healing to people on ski slopes and to give readings at motorway service areas! As he says, “if I can help someone, I will always do it, even if the surroundings are not always conventional!”
