Ich bin Judith und lebe in den ( Zillertaler ) Alpen. Seit frühester Jugend gehört Schi fahren zu meiner bevorzugten Wintersportart.
Am Samstag den 05. 04. 08, es war ein wunderschöner Sonnentag, wollte ich zum Ende der Wintersaison noch einen letzten Schitag genießen und da passierte dieser Unfall – bei dem ich mir den Oberarm brach. Ich fuhr den Hang hinunter und versuchte einem Kind auszuweichen, das vor mich hinfiel. Dabei rutschte ich aus und stürzte. Sofort spürte ich einen stechenden Schmerz an meinen Oberarm und fühlte, dass ich mir etwas gebrochen hatte. Ich wurde zum Krankenhaus gefahren und dort wurde ein Röntgenbild gemacht. Der Arzt sagte, dass der Bruch kompliziert und der Arm geschwollen sei und ich am Montag wiederkomme sollte, da eine Operation notwendig sein würde. Ich verließ das Krankenhaus mit Schmerzen und war beunruhigt wegen der bevorstehenden Operation. Da ich wusste, dass Douglas im Ort war, rief ich seine Sekretärin an und bekam auch sogleich einen Termin. Ich war froh Douglas zu sehen und er war sehr besorgt um mein Wohlbefinden. Nach seiner Behandlung fühlte ich mich beruhigt und viel besser und war ihm für seine Hilfe sehr dankbar. Auch am nächsten und übernächsten Tag legte mir Douglas die Hände auf. Die Schmerzen blieben erträglich. Am Montag im Krankenhaus wurde wieder ein Röntgenbild gemacht und ich bekam die erfreuliche Mitteilung, dass eine Operation nun doch nicht nötig wäre. Ich erhielt eine spezielle Bandage und sollte diese voraussichtlich 6 Wochen lang tragen. Nach vier Wochen ging ich zur Röntgenkontrolle und dort stellte der Arzt fest, dass der Bruch sehr gut verheilt war und ich die Bandage weglassen konnte. Der Arzt meinte, es sei wie ein Wunder. Ich kann meinen Arm wieder voll gebrauchen und bin sicher, dass die Energie die ich durch Douglas erhalten habe dieses Wunder möglich gemacht hat.

JUDITHS’ SKI ACCIDENT
My name is Judith and I live in the Austrian alps. Since I was very young I have loved skiing.
On Saturday the 5th April 2008 it was the end of the winter season and a wonderful sunny day. I wanted to make the most of this last day of skiing. This was when the accident happened. I fell as I was skiing down hill trying to avoid a small child that had fallen in front of me. I turned on my skis to save going into her and fell on my arm. I was in so much pain and felt that I had broken it. I was rushed to hospital where they took an x-ray, the Doctor said that I had broken it, but as the break was so complicated and swollen I would need to come back on Monday for an operation. I left the hospital in a lot of pain with my arm in a sling and worried about having an operation. I heard about Douglas who had arrived and was working in Mayrhofen. I phoned his secretary when I got home hoping to get an appointment to see him. I was so pleased that he was able to make time for me later that day. When I arrived he was very concerned of my well being and the shock I was in. He gave me a treatment that took away nearly all the pain and made me feel so relaxed. I felt so much better and confident in what he had done for me. He treated me again on Sunday the next day and again this time the pain had had become even less. He asked me to return on Monday after I had been to the hospital to see what they had done. In the hospital they took another x-ray and then they told me that an operation was not necessary. They put my arm in a special bandage to support it and told me to wear it for 6 weeks then return after 4 weeks. After the 4 weeks I returned where the hospital took another x-ray. The Doctor said that the break had mended. It was a miracle. I did not need the bandage any more. I am sure that the healing energy that Douglas gave me made this miracle happen. I now have full use of my arm with no restrictions and no pain.
